Complete Engine Cooling Systems
Sakarya Technoloji can design, manufacture and supply complete engine cooling systems for a range of applications,
with particular knowledge and experience in the military vehicles market.
Heavy duty materials can be used which have been proven to withstand the most severe applications,
such as main battle tanks. Products include radiators, oil coolers, CAC's, heat exchangers and fuel coolers.
A/C condensers can be added to the cooling pack as required. Complete cooling systems can employ various types
of fan system depending on the application and power requirements. Full amphibious vehicle cooling systems are available.
Engine Cooling Fans
Sakarya Technoloji offer a range of fans, with different drive systems depending on the application
(electric, hydraulic, engine driven, viscous clutch and gearbox).
The fans range from 12 & 24Vdc electric fans with power of less than a few kW, to high performance mixed flow fans with
over 50kW of fan power.
Available are axial fans, centrifugal radial fans, and high performance mixed flow fans. We have the performance
software and curves to accompany the design selection of fan.
HVAC Climate Control Systems
Vehicle heating, air conditioning, ventilation and also specialist fuel (diesel) heaters for coolant heating, pre-heat and diesel air blowers are available. These products are designed and manufactured to military and commercial standards, depending on the application. These systems are available with CAN bus and microprocessor control systems, to integrate into the vehicle and give optimal user interface. Multiple evaporator systems are available for the same vehicle to give distributed cooling outlets, to give maximum cooling to driver, commander and crew cooling.

Sakarya Technoloji can supply APU units that can deliver 9kW of air conditioning cooling and 900m3/hr of airflow.
Typical dimensions of the APU are 960mm long x 580mm wide x 710mm high, with a mass of 250kgs.
Other optional versions are available which can provide heating and also electrical power generation
with in-built alternators. Robust in construction and build for heavy duty applications.
Powered by a 16.5kW diesel engine, the fuel supply can be taken from the host vehicle, or
a remote optional fuel tank.
CBRN Filtration Systems and Blower Fans
Chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) filtration systems allow vehicles and temporary buildings
to be protected from the harmful agents related to CBRN agents. The systems are primarily based on 24Vdc electrical
system and are therefore suitable for vehicles.
The systems work on over pressure and are equipped with a
CAN control system and electronic CAN pressure relief valve (PRV). Various types of CBRN filters are available
including panel filters and the NATO No.1. A particulate filter (HEPA) system is also available which gives a
low cost cheaper, lighter, smaller alternative.
Extractors, Ventilators, Blowers, Vent Fans
Sakarya Technoloji have a range of 12 and 24Vdc brushless motors and controllers, that can power the engine scavenge cyclonic dust extractors, engine bay ventilation fans, air blowers, air extractors, spot cooling and dust extractors.
